So pretty much its been a rough week already, with another lunch schedule, really long day in my opinion. So I Want House Pt. 2 went well, everyone liked us and asked for cards, but we didn't have card <,<, which we need to get done, (me and max). Ok so pretty much its been a super week for me, first off I started on Friday playing a set at Scorpico Multiplayer, it was good. Saturday came and i played a set for a girls quince which I totally got jipped by a local DJ named "DJ Eddie." Future dj's thinking to book with this guy, don't, unless if you don't want any money, he doesn't make any promises. When Sunday hit, things began to change. Me and Max played a set out for about 45 minutes in total between two breaks. We actually got called out by the manager to DJ at Karu & Y this friday (the flyer that is the picture), so any viewers/listeners (guys 21+, girls 18+), come, its going to be worth it, OUR SET IS @ 3-4 AM, SO DON'T MISS IT! This is just part 1 of Me, Maximus, Millionaire, and Iggy's massive set at Scorpico Multiplayer. We're starting to get the vibe of playing there more often, just a way to get us out there. So anyways, happy new year! Goodbye 2009 and hello 2010, its going to be a very good year hopefully, alot of mixes, and alot of posts. Lets see where I go with this, I'm playing at the club Karu & Y on the 17th of this month, so thats where it starts. I've been getting into acapella's, and I gotta tell you, its so fun, because its basically like the songs good enough, plus that acapella = smasshh! Have fun with this one, I'm still doing monthly mixes, so don't think that mixcloud is an excuse, its better.
Ok so I've been pretty busy, to sum up this weekend, it had to be @ Sunset Place mall. The owner of Scorpico Multiplayer was nice enough to give us a spot to help promote for Secrets @ Karu and Y. We pretty much mixed for like 5 hours straight. We were recording off of someones mixer, but it got all fucked up when we came back from dinner break, so we started recording mid set off my mixer. 40 tracks ain't bad, but there were defiantly more.
